We are unable to accept returns or provide refunds once an order has been dispatched or delivered.
1. Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of peptides and the need to maintain product integrity, all sales are final. This means:
- We do not offer refunds for unwanted items.
- We do not accept returns for opened, unsealed, reconstituted, or used products.
2. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will do everything we can to resolve the issue.
- Depending on the situation, we may provide a replacement.
- We do not issue refunds, but we will always aim to resolve genuine faults quickly and fairly.
3. How to Report a Fault
To help us investigate and resolve an issue, please email info@prettypeptide.co.uk within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- The product name/details
- A clear description of the problem
- Clear photos of the item, labels, and outer packaging
We may request additional information to properly assess your claim.
4. Order Cancellations (Before Dispatch)
You may cancel your order only if it has not yet been dispatched.
Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will confirm whether cancellation is still possible.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and is not eligible for return or refund.
5. Parcels Returned to Us by the Courier
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, or because delivery attempts were unsuccessful, we will contact you to advise next steps.
We may be able to resend the order once we have confirmed delivery availability.
Whether postage costs for re-sending are covered is at the discretion of our customer service team.
Returned peptides cannot be resold—even if unopened—because we cannot verify storage conditions during transit.
