At Pretty Peptide, we supply peptides and related products strictly for laboratory and research use only. They are not medicines and are not intended for human or veterinary consumption. By ordering from us, you confirm you understand and accept this.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds once an order has been dispatched or delivered.
1. Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of peptides and the need to protect product quality, all sales are final. This means:
- We do not offer refunds for unwanted items
- We do not accept returns for opened, unsealed, reconstituted, or used products
2. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
If your product arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will do all we can to rectify this for you.
Depending on the issue, we may offer a replacement product.
We do not issue refunds, but we will always aim to resolve genuine faults quickly and fairly.
3. How to report a fault
To help us investigate and resolve the issue, email info@prettypeptide.co.uk within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- The product details
- A clear description of the problem
- Clear photos of the item, labels and outer packaging.
We may ask for additional information so we can assess the claim properly.
4. Cancellations (before dispatch)
You may cancel your order only if it has not yet been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will confirm whether cancellation is still possible.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and is not eligible for return or refund.
5. Parcels returned to us by courier
If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete delivery address or failed delivery attempts, then we will contact you to let you know. We may then be able to resend the order once we have confirmed that you will be available for delivery. It is at the discretion of the customer service representative whether we cover the cost of the postage for re-sending.
Returned peptides cannot be resold, even if unopened, because we cannot guarantee storage conditions in transit.
