Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping:

We offer fast and reliable shipping across the UK through our trusted delivery partner, DPD. Once your order has been dispatched, it typically arrives the next day.

Order Tracking Information:

As soon as your order is shipped, we send you a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number and courier partner details. You can use this tracking link to monitor your shipment in real time, check delivery progress, and estimate the arrival date. If the tracking link takes time to update, please allow a few hours as courier systems sometimes reflect status updates with a slight delay.

Shipping Charges:

The shipping charge is £5 for all orders. We may offer free shipping on selected products, limited-time offers, or minimum order value promotions, which will be clearly mentioned on the product pages or during checkout.

Multiple Item Orders:

If your order contains multiple items, they may occasionally be shipped in separate packages depending on product availability, warehouse location, or packaging requirements. You will receive separate tracking details for each package to ensure full transparency and smooth delivery.

Failed Delivery Attempts:

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2 times. If you are unavailable or your address is incorrect/incomplete, the package may be returned to us. To avoid delays, please provide a complete address with accurate pin code, active phone number, and ensure someone is available to receive the order.

Address Changes After Ordering:

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us at info@prettypeptide.co.uk within a few hours before the package is dispatched. Once the order is shipped, address changes may not be possible, and we cannot guarantee rerouting.

Delays Beyond Our Control:

While we make every effort to deliver your products on time, external factors such as weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays may occasionally affect delivery timelines. We appreciate your understanding in such situations and remain available to assist you with any concerns.

Damaged or Lost Packages:

If your order arrives damaged, tampered, or incomplete, please contact our customer support with unboxing videos and photos within 24–48 hours of receiving the package. In cases where a shipment is lost in transit, we work directly with the courier partner to resolve the issue and ensure a suitable replacement is provided according to our policy. Parcels left in designated locations or lost due to incorrect delivery information are the responsibility of the recipient.
